This is the Dream Fairy which is an interpretation of the sandman. There is nothing good about her, she is a form of a fey like creature. She puts innocense back into nature in the way of stealing innocense of human children. She lures them in with her lantern while children are still awake and supposed to be asleep. She will give them a gift, if the children accept the gift the deal is set. She grabs the child with her two front arms and places the back of their head on her bottom jaw which is located in her chest, she will bring her head down hard and fast closing her mouth and forcing her fangs into the frontal lobe where she consumes their innocense and steals their dreams.
